Our History as Wine Producers
THE BIRTH
The company was founded in Pozzolengo in 1930 by Vittorio Zenegaglia, then a great merchant and entrepreneur.
SECOND GENERATION TAKES ZENEGAGLIA CELLARS FORWARD.
After an exciting beginning marked by major growth spikes, Vittorio left the helm to his sons in 1971 so that they could lead Cantine Zenegaglia to new heights.
PRODUCING A WINE WHILE RESPECTING TRADITION
The third generation takes over the reins of the company together with their father Aldo Zenegaglia.
Alberto, Mauro and Vittorio unitedly carry on the family promise:
“to produce an excellent wine while respecting tradition.”
MATTEO ZENEGAGLIA
The first of the fourth generation, Matteo Zenegaglia, Mauro’s son joins the company.
His passion and perseverance lead the company to a profile of the highest quality.
TODAY
Vittorio flanked by his son Enrico take care of the vineyards.
Alberto and Mauro, together with Matteo and Sara, Mauro’s children, follow the processing in the winery and the subsequent stages of administration and marketing of the product.
To this day, the Zenegaglia family carries on its philosophy:
