Archeo I.G.T. Benaco Bresciano

Characteristics: Archeo, this wine recalls the origin of life.

Produced by a careful manual harvest of grapes, grown on morainic hills south of Lake Garda.

The grapes are dried in wooden crates for 3 months, followed by 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by a period of maturation of 6 months in steel and 6 months in bottle. 

The nose is intense in breadth and persistence, ripe fruit of cherry and red fruits under spirits are the descriptors.

The palate is soft and persistent, a perfect harmony between the two senses.  

A majestic, ethereal wine that finds its expression when paired with red meat, game and mature cheeses.
